From New Jersey: 

  1. Take the Garden State Parkway North or Interstate 287 North. 
  2. Either highway joins the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87).  Follow signs for New York Sate Thruway South toward Tappan Zee Bridge.
  3. Exit New York State Thruway at exit 13N (Palisades Parkway North)
  4. Exit the Palisades Parkway at Exit 10.
  5. Follow to the end of the ramp and make a right at the light onto Germonds
  6. Road.
  7. Take Germonds to the next light and cross over Route 304.
  8. Go straight on Germonds Road.
  9. Head straight onto Parrott Road.
  10. Felix Festa Middle School is on the left.  Pool entrance and parking area is in
  11. the back of the school by the tennis courts. 

Alternate From New Jersey:

  1. Take the Palisades Parkway North from Fort Lee (instead of the Garden State Parkway or Interstate 287).
  2. Take Exit 10 from the Palisade Parkway and follow directions #5 above.

From New York City: 

  1. Take the George Washington Bridge to the Palisades Parkway North.
  2. Take Exit 10 from the Palisade Parkway and follow directions #5 above.

From Westchester County Vicinity: 

  1. Take the Tappan Zee Bridge.  Follow the New York Thruway North (Interstate 87)
  2. Exit New York State Thruway at exit 13N (Palisades Parkway North)
  3. Take Exit 10 from the Palisade Parkway and follow directions #5 above.

From Rockland County: 

  1. Take the New York State Thruway South (Interstate 87) to Exit 13N for Palisades Parkway North.
  2. Take Exit 10 from the Palisade Parkway and follow directions #5 above.

Alternate from Rockland County: 

  1. Take the Palisade Parkway South from the Bear Mountain vicinity to Exit 10.
  2. Take Exit 10 from the Palisade Parkway and follow directions #5 above.
Newburgh Free Academy

From 84E: Exit 10, right onto 9W South (Robinson Ave.), right on South St. NFA will be on your right.

From 84W: Exit 10, bear right off the ramp, right onto 9W South (Robinson Ave.), right on South St. NFA will be on your right.

Nassau County Aquatics Center, Eisenhower Park

FROM VERRAZANO NARROWS BRIDGE AND KENNEDY AIRPORT: 

Follow signs to Belt Parkway/Long Island East. Take Belt Parkway eastbound past Kennedy Airport - after Kennedy Airport stay in the left lane and look for signs to Southern State Parkway East. Take So.State Pkwy East to Meadowbrook Pkwy (northbound) to NY-24 Hempstead Turnpike (exit M4) East. On Hempstead Turnpike go to the left lane and make a left at the first light (Merrick Ave.) At first traffic light make a right. This is the entrance to the pool.
FROM WHITESTONE AND THROGS NECK BRIDGES 

Take Cross Island Parkway South to Exit 29, Grand Central Parkway eastbound. Follow Grand Central Pkwy to Meadowbrook Pkwy southbound (Jones Beach). Get off Meadowbrook Pkwy at NY-24 Hempstead Tpke.(exit M4). On Hempstead Turnpike go to the left lane and make a left at the first light (Merrick Ave.) At first traffic light make a right. This is the entrance to the pool. 
Valley Central High School

Take Exit 5 on I84 and head north on route 208. Make a left onto Route 17K West and continue for about a mile. The School will be on your left.
Minisink Valley High School

From the NYS Thruway North take Exit 16 to Route 17 West. Follow Route 17 West to Route 17M

Middletown. From Route 17M turn left on Route 6. Follow Route 6 for four miles through Slate Hill.

The Minisink Valley High School is just past Slate Hill on your left. Turn left into the Main District facility and follow entrance road down to the High School which is on the left. Once in the parking lot the pool is located to the far left, next to the Football field. From the NYS Thruway South exit at Route 84 West. Follow Route 84 West to Exit 3W to Route 17M Middletown. From Route 17M turnleft on Route 6. Follow Route 6 for four miles through Slate Hill. Minisink Valley High School is just past S Slate Hill on your left. AGUA

From the North or South take the FDR Drive 96th Street exit. Proceed through lights heading downtown to

light at 92nd St. & York Ave. intersection. Pool is located on the left at the following intersection at 91st St. and York Ave.
White Plains YMCA

The YWCA is located at 515 North St., White Plains, NY opposite White Plain High School. Bryant Ave. is the nearest intersection.
From Hutchinson River Pkwy, North and South:
Take Exit 25 (Route 127, North St.) west toward White Plains. YWCA is on the left 1.5 miles. From Cross Westchester Express (I-287):

Heading East (from Tappan Zee Bridge) take Exit 9A. Bear right and continue to the 3rdintersection, Bryant Ave. Turn right and continue to North St. Turn left and drive one block. YWCA is on right.
Heading West (from Port Chester or Connecticut):
Tke Exit 9S. After light bear right onto the Hutchinson River Pkwy South. Take Exit 25W as above.

From I-684:
Follow to end which merges with the Hutchinson River Pkwy. Take Exit 25W as above.
By Bus:

BGNW Mt. Kisco

From I-684 North or South: Take exit 4 to route 172 west (towards Mt. Kisco). Drive approximately 2 miles. Take 117 North (keep right at traffic light). Go one block. Just before traffic light, turn right into B/G Club driveway. Enter pool from the main entrance.

From Long Island: Take Whitestone Bridge, to the Hutchinson Parkway North, to I-684 north, to exit 4 (then proceed as above).

From Saw Mill Parkway North: Take exit 33, Readers Digest Road. Cross railroad tracks and keep right. At traffic light, make a left turn on route 117 (it will become Main Street). Pass 2 traffic lights. Just before the third traffic light, turn right into B/G Club driveway.
From Taconic Parkway South:

Take exit for route 133, Mount Kisco. At traffic light, make a right turn. At next traffic light, turn right and follow signs for Mt. Kisco (on route 133 east). Drive approximately 4 miles. At the end of 133, turn right onto route 117 South (Main Street). Pass 2 traffic lights. Just after the third traffic light, make an immediate left turn into the B/G Club driveway.
