




Navy Squad (Ages 13+) $80 per month
- Designed for:
- Entry level athletes
- Athletes seeking casual training
- Athletes that are competing in another sport and do not have the time to commit to more advanced group requirements
- 4 available sessions per week
- 3 weekday evenings- 4:30-6:00 PM or two evenings 6:30-8:00 PM
- 1 Saturday morning- 8:30- 11:00 AM
- 3 practices weekly are required, 4 reccomended
- Aiming to develop the following:
- Proficiency in all strokes
- Legal starts, turns, and finishes
- Understanding how to use pace clocks and read workouts
