Navy Squad (Ages 13+) $80 per month


  • Designed for:
    • Entry level athletes
    • Athletes seeking casual training
    • Athletes that are competing in another sport and do not have the time to commit to more advanced group requirements
  • 4 available sessions per week
    • 3 weekday evenings- 4:30-6:00 PM or two evenings 6:30-8:00 PM
    • 1 Saturday morning- 8:30- 11:00 AM
  • 3 practices weekly are required, 4 reccomended
  • Aiming to develop the following:
    • Proficiency in all strokes
    • Legal starts, turns, and finishes
    • Understanding how to use pace clocks and read workouts
