- Laura Bradbury, Assistant Coach (Winfield)
- Swim experience:I swam for Winfield Swim Club for 12 summers, making it to Districts several times in either back or breaststroke. We didn't have a high school team my freshman year, but I swam the very first year for the Winfield High School girls team my sophmore year and swam the next 2 seasons as well, making it to the 5A state swim meet in breaststroke (this was when we were 5A and now I feel old!)
- Coaching experience:This will be my first experience with coaching swim.
- Coaching philosophy: My philosophy is that your opponent isn't the one in the lane next to you but the one you see in the mirror.

- Bryce Fuhrmann, Assistant Coach
- Swim experience: I grew up around the pool. I was on a club swim team starting at 6 years old and swam through my sophmore year of college. Growing up, I always loved the breaststroke, but transitioned to butterfly in high school. In college, I swam mostly breaststroke and IM. At my peak, I qualified for Central Zones, though it was always too far away for my family to make the trip.
- Coaching experience: Prior to having children, I served as head coach for three years in Dodge City. While I worked mostly with the 12 and older swimmers, I spent some time working with each of the youth on our team.
- Coaching philosophy:I believe that great coaches pass on their love for swimming by making swim fun and building relationships with each athlete.
