-Mornings for contracts will be Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45am. -Coach K will be on deck Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights this week as well. Silver group and up are welcome to come about 30 minutes early for some land work. Coach K just updated the calendar for the contract groups.  It had a glitch that made it look like we were going to practice Monday night, but this early in the season there is no need to train on a holiday.  Enjoy the weekend off and be ready to get to work and welcome new team members as the season starts on Tuesday evening!

Registration is ready and turned on for anyone who has been a member in the past and already has an account in our system.  All accounts have been made "suspended" and you must go through registration to be made "active."  Returning members will be able to also add NEW swimmers to their accounts now as well.  Please take the time to update your info, including photos and shirt sizes since we all know your swimmers are growing! I hope everyone is enjoying the break before school starts. Contract groups will begin easing into a new season on August 19th. For those last two weeks of August we will practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:45-6pm. These won't be tough workouts but I am hoping to be able to review some of our drills and skills with all contract groups together before the pool gets crowded and the season is in full swim. Relays are the first event during Saturday prelims!! Please spread the word so no one shows up too late!!

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are our normal evening practice times at Schiff. On Thursday, Coach K is hoping to get the TiVo hooked up (cross your fingers) so we can take a closer look at starts and turns before we head to Ft Smith for championships. Thursday practice will be at 7am at Webb City. Don't forget that we are having a team breakfast after practice on Thursday.
