Long course practice tentatively starts the week of March 26th. Practices times are still being finalized. Practice times and locations will be similar to pre-high school practice times. March 26th -- May 24th practices will be at LNE and North Star. Summer practices (May 28th -- July 27th) are held at Woods Pool (outdoor) and LNE. Schedule yet to be determined. In an effort to identify and develop the top talent across the nation, USA Swimming holds four annual Zone Select Camps. These camps are opportunities for teenage swimmers to take their athletic career to the next level through an intense weekend of training, education and fun.
