GCY Annual Training Camp

The GCY Training Camp is a team building experience for the members of the GCY Swim Team.  The camp is designed to introduce swimmers to cross-training with dryland exercises, team building exercises, goal setting and information on wellness and nutrition.  All activities are at Camp Weaver and led by YMCA staff!
