Thursday AM at the GAC

Attention ALL Senior and National Team Members:

Thursday mornings are now at the new Greensboro Aquatic Center - LONG COURSE!  This is a huge training advantage that we wanted to provide you - PLEASE mark this on your schedule to attend regularly!

FIRST PRACTICE is September 15th!  Ongoing every Thursday from that point, 5:45AM - 7:15AM. Please arrive at 5:30am, in order to have your feet hit the water right at 5:45!
