GAC Elite Practices: Time and Day Announcement
In an effort to get our top performing swimmers practicing together at the new Greensboro Aquatic Center, we have added some additional evening options - there are no changes to the normal schedule on these days, this is simply an additional opportunity that the coaches felt would benefit our team at championship meets this short course season. They are later in the evening so swimmers may continue to swim at normal sites/normal times, but we encourage those eligible to try them out!
Senior Prep: Practicing 7:15pm-9:00pm at the GAC every Wednesday Night led by Coach Connor Griffin
All Senior Prep swimmers are invited, and any AG2 swimmer with a current JO cut or with coach approval (AG2 should be planning to make JO cut in February).
Senior/National Team: 7:00pm-9:00pm at the GAC every Tuesday Night led by Coach Brad Herndon
All National Team swimmers are expected to attend this practice rather than home site, and Senior level swimmers may participate with coach approval (any 13-14 swimmers with current JO cut is eligible, others should be planning to swim JO's or Senior Champs in February).
In addition, 1 morning practice opportunity has been added for Seniors and Senior Prep at Bryan YMCA before school (Senior Prep on Mondays, 5:45-7:15am, Seniors on Wednesdays, 5:45-7:15am).
