Upcoming Meets and Deadlines

Meet participation is critical to the success of our swimmers, over the next 2 months we have 3 big ones coming up (Chapel Hill, Va Tech, and January Jump Start) as well as Cocoa Beach Trip for some and our Fall Developmental Meet at Bryan YMCA.

Here is a brief outline of the deadlines (the January Jump-Start email you received was not in error, even though it is mid-January that meet will fill-up, so deadline is November 20th). More descriptions about each meet are available on the GCY website.

  1. November 18th - Fall Developmental Meet at Bryan YMCA - Registration Deadline November 16th (YES or NO, no file available to choose events yet).
  2. November 30th- December 2nd - Chapel Hill Holiday Invitational - Registration Deadline November 15th -event file is available for event choices.
  3. December 14th-16th - Va Tech H2O Holiday Champs - Registration Deadline November 20th (YES or NO, no file to choose events yet)
  4. January 18th - January 21st - January Jump Start Meet at the GAC - Registration Deadline November 20th (first file sent to meet host to guarentee your entry, changes can be made through January) - event file is available for event choices.
