CITY MEET PREP CLINICS

Hello GCY Family!

If you didn't compete with us through long course this summer - we miss you!  

We'd like to make you aware that we are offering special 1-hour City Meet Prep Clinics for any former GCY swimmer (or any current CSA swimmer that is thinking about GCY in the Fall).  If you would like a chance to have our coaches fine tune things for City Championships next weekend, this is your chance!

The clinics are FREE but spaces are LIMITED, participants need to email us directly, preferably by replying to this email!  Once you get email confirmation from us you are on the list - make sure you receive the confirmation - we will probably fill up!

Here are the details:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (July 15th, 16th, and 17th) at Bryan YMCA 

• 3:00-4:00pm – Ages 8&Under starts/turn/finishes/race strategies (limited to first 24 swimmers registered, we will have 4 on-deck coaches, limited in-water help)
• 4:00-5:00pm – Ages 9-12 starts/turns/finishes/race strategies (limited to first 30 swimmers registered, we will have 4 on-deck coaches, limited in-water help)

ALL of these opportunities are at Bryan YMCA.  If any ACTIVE Senior Prep, Senior, or National swimmers would like to HELP US as in-water instructors, you may participate that way – EMAIL US for details if interested!  Remember ACTIVE GCY swimmers have a clinic on Thursday morning before City Meet at the site of championships (GAC) and will get continued help at normal practice times.
