GCY Swimmer selected to NC Zone Team

While teammates were at YMCA Nationals or taking the week off, GCY had another swimmer in the pool in South Carolina representing the NC Zone Team! 

NC Swimming placed 4th out of 13 states in a tightly contested battle between the top 5 teams.  McKenzie Campbell was one of the youngest competitors selected and had a great meet, here are individual results:

  • 11th - 50 Breast - 37.50
  • 30th - 100 Fly - 1:12.84
  • 16th - 100 Breast - 1:24.96
  • 61st - 100 Free - 1:06.99
  • 23rd - 200 IM - 2:39.47
  • 24th - 50 Fly - 32.31
