Practice CHANGES Week December 9th - December 14th
Due to high school swim meets, Junior Nationals at the GAC, and our December Champs at Va Tech, there are some changes to this weeks schedule:
Monday and Tuesday: All practices normal, at normal times and sites, no changes.
Facilities and Practices affected:
Bryan YMCA: Wednesday, December 11th, there is a High School Meet at 7:00pm. Senior Prep, AG1, and AG2 will do dryland second as we did last year:
- AG1 - Swim 4:30-5:30, dryland 5:30-5:45
- AG2 - Swim 4:30-5:45, dryland 5:45-6:00
- Senior Prep/National Prep, swim 4:30-6:00, dryland 6:00-6:15
- Senior and National Groups: Normal, but dryland is shortened to 5:25, we will get in at 5:30pm, and get out at 7:00pm.
- There will be no MSL class from 7:30-8:30pm (cancelled)
GAC Facility: Closed Wednesday and Thursday, December 11th and 12th due to Short Course Junior Nationals - All swimmers please practice at any alternate site at corresponding practice times to your group. (Morning before school practice will be at Bryan YMCA only on Wednesday and Thursday).
Friday, December 13th: All practices are at Bryan YMCA only at normal Bryan YMCA times.(no practices at Ragsdale, Spears, or Reidsville).
Saturday, December 14th: Normal, no changes, we will be having saturday morning practices.
