Here is our practice schedule this week, good luck for those of you competing at Greensboro City Champs this weekend!
We have a lot of great options for you during this busy week:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ALL at GAC (Mon/Tues is Long Course, Wed is Short Course):
6:30am-8:30am National, National Prep, and Seniors
8:00am-9:30am - Senior Prep, AG2, and AG1
and
5:30pm-7:00pm Senior Prep, AG2, and AG1
6:30pm-8:00pm National, National Prep, and Senior
Strength Training at Bryan YMCA 5:30am-6:30am on Monday/Wednesday only is still a GO!
Thursday at GAC (City Meet Champs Set-Up, short course yards, please arrive 15 mins prior):
9:00am-10:00am Senior Prep, AG1, and AG2
9:45am-11am - National, National Prep, and Senior
Thursday PM at Bryan YMCA:
4:30pm-6:00pm - All levels and groups
Friday AM at Bryan YMCA:
6:30am-7:30am - All groups and levels(can be used as City Meet warm-up)
Friday PM at Bryan YMCA:
3:00pm-4:00pm - All groups and levels(can be used as City Meet warm-up)
Saturday AM at Bryan YMCA:
7:00am - 8:00am - All groups and levels(can be used as City Meet warm-up)
Sunday, July 13th we will be having a normal practice at the GAC since we had to modify this week's schedule so much, time will be announced mid-week.
