Cocoa Beach Travel Trip

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

The dates have us leaving Sunday, December 28th (10:00pm, loading at 9:30pm) then returning on Saturday, January 3rd (7:00am) both from Bryan YMCA.  We will be staying at the Comfort Inn Cocoa Beach this year, and practicing at the Cocoa YMCA, and competing against YCF, now coached by Rowdy Gaines!

RSVP available now, registration and fees:

$325, deposit of $100 (EXACT SAME FEES AS LAST YEAR, this time with BREAKFAST INCLUDED Tuesday - Friday!)

Limits:

• Swimmers: 44
• Coaches: 4
• Chaperones (above fees, 4)

Hotel: Comfort Inn 3901 N. Atlantic Ave. , Cocoa Beach, FL, US, 32931 (Suites, NOT the rooms we stayed in for 2012, do have refirgerator, stove, microwave, etc.).  There are 2 rooms, one with 2 QUEEN BEDS and one with a PULLOUT Double bed and floor space for air mattress.  We will be booking ideally 4 per room, but there may be up to 5 in some of the younger swimmer rooms (suggested 6, so even at max we are one person below). Swimmers in Senior Prep, Senior Flex, Senior, National, and National Prep are all eligible!
 
Training Facility: 1519 Clearlake Road Cocoa, FL 32922-6598 - this is where we drive to first, before the hotel, and where we drive from last (nto the hotel).

$100 – Full Participant Deposit (multiply by number of participants on form)
$50 – Chaperone Deposit/Independent Swimmer Deposit
$325 - Full Participant Fee (minimum age is 11)
$150 - Chaperone Fee (includes bus and lodging)

YCF vs GCY Dual Meet: Friday MORNING this year in Orlando, FL, actual meet, not practice, CLOSED YMCA (former TYDE Head Coach Mike Brady is there now so we have another connection!)
