Normal Practices Nov 14-15!

GCY will have normal practices at normal sites Friday morning and afternoon, as well as Saturday morning!  We will not be having a GAC option however due to coaches traveling to the swim meet tomorrow in Salisbury, NC.

*National and Senior Team at Bryan - Remember if you are not competing tomorrow it's 5pm-7:30pm at Bryan on Fridays, Coach Smiley will be heading things up!  National, Seniors, and National Prep  if you're not at the meet PLEASE PRACTICE Saturday morning, 7am-9am, Coach Elisa and Mat will be your host, but dryland will be on your own!
