GCY's Heather Sigmon will be in Heat 10, Lane 7, on Friday morning in Greensboro, NC competing at USA Swimming's National Championships!

Heather will be attempting to beat her entry time of 55.58 seconds (which she just got 2 weeks ago), and then see what happens from there!
