Ragsdale Pool hosting HS Meet today- Flex Friday and Saturday Morning Reminders!
We have normal practices at Bryan YMCA and Spears YMCA today - no changes!
The Ragsdale YMCA, however, will be closed today, Friday, January 23rd, for it's final high school swim meet. Swimmers at that site are encouraged to do the flexible Friday options at the GAC. Tonights practice at the GAC will be led by Coach Tyler and Elisa!
Below are some reminders about our normally scheduled practices for GAC Flex Fridays AND Saturday mornings at Bryan YMCA!
GAC Fridays:
On Fridays, GCY will host practices at the GAC for all competitive levels, regardless of host site. Swimmers from all sites will have an opportunity to practice one time a week at the best pool in the country! We have normal practices at Bryan YMCA and Spears YMCA - no changes...Ragsdale swimmers are encouraged to go to the GAC!

National and National Prep swimmers please practice at the Bryan YMCA today:
- National Prep: 4:30-6:15pm (first 15 minutes is dryland)
- National Team: 5pm-7:30pm (first 50 minutes is dryland)
We'd also like to take time to remind swimmers about Saturday morning practices - attendance is critical right now going into our championship meets!
Saturdays at Bryan YMCA:
Bryan YMCA's normally scheduled Saturday morning classes will always have time allotted during practice for block starts! Seasonal swimmers from Spears are also able to drop-in the AG1 8:45-10am class at Bryan YMCA! (no classes at Spears on Saturdays)
