Saturday, March 21st: 7:00am-10:00am at the Bryan YMCA, followed by free admission to the 2015 NCAA Women's Championship at the Greensboro Aquatic Center down the street featuring Missy Franklin in the 200-yard backstroke! The prelims start at 11:00am and will finish by 1:00pm (estimate).
EVERY PARTICIPANT:
- Learns champion performance techniques on all four strokes (in-water and dry-land group instruction) Understands how the body, mind and heart affect swimming
- Trains with the world’s top swimmers
- Asks questions, gets an autograph and photo
- Receives a breakout! T-shirt, poster, DVDs and other souvenirs

- Lead teachers are Olympic GOLD Medalists Misty Hyman and Kristy Kowal
- Cost: $85......also includes 1 ticket to NCAA Champs!!
- GIRLS age 10-18 only, should know all the strokes, fly, back, breast, and free!
- Limited Additional NCAA Tickets are available with registration for $10 (13&older) or $7 (12&under). You may also purchase these at the Greensboro Coliseum Box Office! These will be presented to you at check-in Saturday morning!
- CHECK-IN is at 7:00am, CLINIC is 7:30am-10:00am, PRELIMS start at 11:00am at the GAC!
