GCY Practices this Week - Normal Mon-Thurs, Fri/Sat is Spring Fling at GAC!

All practices are NORMAL this week Monday through Friday morning, CORRECTED - Friday MORNING we do have normal long course practice at the GAC - but on Friday afternoon we are ONLY at the GAC, from 5pm-6pm, all competitive levels, regardless if doing meet (AG1, AG2, Senior Prep/Flex, Senior, and National levels).  Anyone who IS NOT ALREADY ENTERED, and wishes to compete, PLEASE email Coach Brad directly ASAP!

Friday Afternoon:

• 5:00pm-6:00pm at GAC (Long Course, ALL COMPETITIVE LEVELS, regardless if doing meet).

Saturday:

• No offered practices, GOOD LUCK at GCY's Spring Fling meet is at the GAC!
