IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR MONDAY!
High Point City Meet is Monday at GAC: We have 6:30am-8:30am only for the morning, short course yards!
Sorry for the late notice, this snuck up on us with everything going on this weekend, but High Point is having it's City Meet is at the GAC tomorrow, Monday, July 20th. We are still able to do our early group 6:30am-8:30am at the GAC, but we need to CANCEL the 8am-9:30am AG1/AG2/Senior Prep practice. (most swimmers should be recovering from NC 14&Under Champs that typically practice here, but we have to be out at 8:30am)
The 1pm-3pm is moved to Bryan YMCA, then we are back at GAC for the evening practice...so here's what Monday looks like:
- 6:30am-8:30am - National, National Prep, and Senior Groups at GAC
- 8am-9:30am - CANCELLED!
- 1pm-3pm - National, National Prep, and Senior Groups at Bryan YMCA
- 3:30-4:45pm - AG1, AG2, and Senior Prep at Bryan YMCA
- 5:45-6:00pm - Normal Dryland for all groups at GAC
- 6:00pm-8pm Senior, National Prep, and National at GAC
- 5:45pm-7:30pm AG2/Senior Prep at GAC
SIDE NOTE for our National Group...this affects our training plans...because we are short course tomorrow, we will do our test set Tuesday and MODIFY it slightly since it is closer to Senior Champs, the main set will be:
- 8 x 100's - Odds BROKEN at 25-50-25, and ONLY the evens will be timed and recorded. More details to follow but this will be done at Tuesdays 6:30am-8:30am LC practice, and also the 1pm-3pm LC practice (not the evenings).
