GCY offering High School Swimming Prep Clinic - SPREAD THE WORD!
The GCY Swim Team will be hosting it's first annual high school prep clinic for high school swimmers at various locations around the city, we would love for you to pass this information along to perspective parents and swimmers!  We are targeting those who do not swim year round for anyone, who might be interested in getting a head start on the upcoming HS season!
 
September 21st - October 31st - One time $99 Fee, up to 3 practices per week at either the GAC, Bryan YMCA, Ragsdale YMCA, or the Reidsville YMCA.
  • NEW - PRO-RATED LATE DATES:
    • Sept 28 - Oct 31st - $99 (same)
    • Oct 5th - Oct 31st - $85
    • Oct 12th - Oct 31st - $70
    • Oct 19th - Oct 31st - $55
WHAT WILL WE TEACH?  Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle, Starts, Turns, Underwaters, Breakouts, and Finishes (plus conditioning)!

Mornings BEFORE School, Monday through Friday:

·          M/F at the GAC – 5:15am-7am

·          T/W/TH at the Bryan YMCA – 5:30am-7am

Afternoons AFTER School, Monday through Thursday:

·          Bryan YMCA (Northwest, Western, Grimsley, Page, Northern, Northeast, Dudley, Smith, Southeast, Burlington HS’s, any/all others):

o    5:30pm-7:30pm includes 30 minutes dryland

·          RAGSDALE YMCA (Ragsdale, Southwest, Western, High Point HS’s, any/all others)

o    5:30pm-7:30pm includes 30 minutes dryland

·          REIDSVILLE YMCA (Reidsville HS, Rockingham HS, Northeast Guilford, any/all others)

o    6:00pm-7:45pm includes 15 minutes dryland

We do not have a real good database of coaches/swimmers for this audience, we'd appreciate it if you could pass the information along to anyone, especially coaches of perspective high schools mentioned in the flyer.
 
Registration form can be turned in at Bryan YMCA only, OR at first practice attended if you email us ahead of time (hand forms/info directly to the coach), use [email protected]
