Practice changes for this Weekend!

GCY Back-to-School Meet is Friday and Saturday!

Here is how our practices are affected:

• Friday AM, September 18th (before school): Normal, no changes
• Friday PM, September 18th (after school): No Flex Friday at GAC, No Senior/National level practices at Ragsdale or Bryan.  All else is normal (Seasonal, AG1, AG2, and Senior Prep are normal at all sites, no changes).
• Saturday AM, September 20th: No practices, no seasonal make-up (we have a home swim meet at the GAC!)
