Coach Sarah wins a GEM!
At the Ragsdale Branch, they recognize a staff GEM (Going the Extra Mile) of the month. The GEM is voted on by the full-time staff. Ragsdale YMCA looks at the comments that they receive from members, comments from other part-time staff, and comments from full-time staff to make the big decision.
Ragsdale wanted to let GCY know that they "broke the rules" to recognize Coach Sarah Ramirez (with GCY) as their GEM of the month employee for September!
From Kevin at Ragsdale: "Coach Sarah is doing an amazing job and it has been noticed by all of our staff. I wanted you to know about this. She will be given a purple GEM shirt, a certificate from our staff, and we will post her picture in the branch."
