Individual Swimmers (Unattached) Event Entries
All individual swimmers who are not currently affiliated with a summer swim team will need to complete the 2025 City Meet Individual Entry Form.  This form will allow you to select the age group for your swimmer and the events they would like to swim.  If there are multiple swimmers there will need to be a form completed for each swimmer.  CLOSED

Summer Swim Team Entries

All teams are REQUIRED to send entries in a HY-TEK Team Manager File. HY-TEK file should load into Swimtopia and Swimmingly BUT if needed:

Procedure:     Team Manager Lite can be downloaded directly from HY-TEK at: https://hytek.active.com/Demos/Swim_Team_Manager_Lite.exe. HY-TEK Team Manager Lite instructions can be found at: https://hytek.active.com/User_Guides_HTML/SwTM8/HTML/teammanagerlite.htm

Teams and unattached swimmers are encouraged to supply entry times.  Failure to provide the meet director with an entry time will result in a "no time” entry resulting in a first or second heat seeding.

An INVOICE will be emailed once entries are submitted for JUST THE ENTRY FEES.  Entry fee can be added to T-Shirt fee to provide one check made payable to ‘TYDE’. Only one check per team will be accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Checks can be turned in at the Meet.

City Meet Parking

Bolton Park parking is limited to 184 individual parking spaces. In order to minimize issues with parking, PLEASE encourage your swimmers and parents to carpool. With the exception of a limited number of meet volunteers with parking passes, NO PARKING IS ALLOWED in the grass, on sidewalks, or along the dirt road beside or behind the pool - violators may be subject to towing or fines by city enforcement.

Overflow parking is available at:

  1.  Bolton Elementary School or
  2.  Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Both are located one block from the pool on Bolton Street just beyond the exit ramp to Silas Creek Parkway. Parking will be enforced by the Winston-Salem Police Department and parking illegally will result in cars being towed! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

To help manage parking efficiently, please

  • Carpool When Possible: We strongly encourage families and teams to ride together to reduce the number of vehicles.
  • Do Not Arrive Too Early: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes before your shceulded warm-up time. Arriving too early may contribute to unnecessary congestion and limit space for those scheduled earlier.
  • Use Designate Drop-Off Zone: Athletes may be dropped off near the pool entrance to redue the need for extnede parking. Follow signage and volunteers directing drop-off traffic.
  • Overflow Parking: Additional parking areas are available at Bolton Elementary School and Trinity Presbyterian Chuch. Please use these overflow areas as needed and be respectful of the surrounding community and park property.
