SWIMMERS WHO ARE NEW TO TYDE, instructions about how to register for TYDE are available via the HOW TO: TYDE Registration button on the Home page. Please be sure your swimmer has attended a Placement Session (or is a returning TYDE swimmer) before clicking on 2025-26 Registration.

Group Change, Deactivation, & Reactivation Forms
TYDE GROUP CHANGES - All group and site changes must have prior approval of current and new coach. Please contact [email protected] with questions about site changes or regarding group changes due to moveups.
2025-26 TYDE Deactivation – click to complete and submit online
2025-26 TYDE Reactivation – click to complete and submit online (only for TYDE swimmers who had been registered for the 2025/2026 swim season) NOT for new season registration.
Only complete the above reactivation form if your swimmer swam with us during the past year and has an accurate registration on file. If your child is a former TYDE swimmer but has not swum with us in more than a year, a full TYDE Registration Form (see above) is required to return to the team.

TYDE 2025-26 Discount & Y Reciprocity Form For swimmers receiving any discounts and swimmers who are members of another YMCA outside of the YMCA of NWNC association including the J. Smith Young/Lexington YMCA.
NCS Transfer For new TYDE members with USA Swimming membership who previously competed with another USA Swimming club. Log into your USA Swimming account (on the new USAS SWIMS platform) and complete process online. Our LSC is: NC and the team name is: YMCA of Northwest North Carolina Riptyde (TYDE).
