SR Seasonal Training Group
Continue your swim journey with TYDE! Keep the momentum going and improve your swimming skills after the high school season. The SR Seasonal program is perfect for swimmers looking to stay in shape, enhance their technique, or prepare for future competition. Whether you are focusing on fitness or seeking a more comptitive edge, TYDE offers the ideal enviornment to continue your progress.
TYDE offers the SR Seasonal Training Groups before and after the High School swim season.
Dates:
- September 15th - October 30th
- February 16th - April 30th - Spring 2026

*Statesville and Wilkes programs are pending - will be based on interest at these locations
Program Fees:
- Davie, Lexington, Statesville, Wilkes - $30 Registration Fee, $110 Y member /$140 non-member billed monthly Feb/March/April
- February will be prorated $75 Y members/$110 non-member rate billed February (updated new start date)

TYDE Sr Seasonal Training programs will not include swim meet competition.
Senior Seasonal Groups
- Must be a currently enrolled high school student.
- 50 yard freestyle without stopping.
- 50 yard backstroke without stopping.
- 50 yard breaststroke without stopping.
- 50 yard butterfly without stopping.
- 200 yard freestyle without stopping.
- Understanding and ability to use a pace clock during workouts.
- Snorkel
- Kickboard
- Short Fins
Seasonal Summer League Groups

Philosophy: Emphasizing the joy of swimming, this group offers a stress-free environment where the competition is friendly, and the focus is on enjoying the sport.
- Development: While there is still a focus on technique and skill improvement, the pressure of intense competition is lifted, allowing swimmers to explore their abilities in a supportive setting.
- Community: A great way to stay connected with the community and make lasting summer memories.
- Attendance: Swimmers are encouraged to attend as they wish, with flexibility to accommodate summer vacations and other activities.
