Northern Lights Swimming Association (NLSA Marlins) aims to promote participation in competitive swimming at all ability levels of USA Swimming in a safe and supportive environment with an emphasis on teamwork, health, personal responsibility, positive self-image, and an optimistic attitude, while striving to meet the individual needs of each swimmer.

The coaches, board members, parents, and swimmers work together to develop athleticism, teamwork, friendship, and fun, in a family-centric setting.
