SHORT COURSE 2025-2026 SEASON FEES

A management fee is collected for electronic purchases made through our club business managemet software SportsEngine Motion. These are then paid to SportsEngine. 

Cards on file will pay an additional 2.95% + .30 cents per transaction

ACH on file will pay an additional $1.25 flat fee per transaction

All charges will be auto-billed the 1st of each month to the card on file with your account. You may also make an early payment on demand using the SportsEngine app.

Meet Fees

Meet fees will be published with each meet sign-up. They range based on the meet location, length of the meet, and any inclusions (apparel, swim caps, travel/coach per diem).

Once the meet sign up deadline has passed, meet fees are not refundable. 

USA Swimming Fees

All registered swimmers for the season must also be registered with USA Swimming to practice and compete. This is done through the USA Swimming website at this unique link: https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/DBE918896CF144
