Thank you to everyone who volunteered this weekend and helped to make the meet a success! Please see below for important updates. Additionally, we are keeping an eye on the snow storm and we will communicate any practice changes or cancellations when we reach a decision.

Practice Updates

Our pool will be hosting meets over the next two weekends, meaning there will be many practice changes that are reflected on your group calendar as well as listed below.

Monday 2/12 Adjustments

Mini Dragons	OFF
Explorers	5-6
Voyagers	6-7:15 If your athlete attended the meet this weekend they have today off Any 10 and Under Qualifiers should attend
Juniors	5:30-7:00 If your athlete rested for the meet this weekend they have today off If your athlete has qualified for 11-14 Champs they should attend
Senior Prep Silver	5:00-7:00 Any athlete who rested for the meet has today off
Senior Prep Gold	Lift 4:15-5:00 Swim 5:00-7:00
Senior Silver	5:00-6:45
Senior Gold	5:00-7:00 (no dryland)
Senior Elite	3:30-5:30
