Our team is hosting a Water Safety Day at Green Mountain Community Fitness in Berlin on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00-4:00pm! We are asking that the high school swimmers help us to run the program by volunteering to help in the water with activies such as blowing bubbles, floating, putting on life jacket as well as lifeguarding and leading groups around stations. Norwich Tonight - Monday, February 5, 2024 - we will have the Silvers and Gold groups start their ONE HOUR Swim-A-Thon! Tuesday @ Norwich - February 6 - we will have Bronze and any remaining Gold members swim the ONE HOUR Swim-A-Thon. Gold group that already swam on Monday will have a different work out.
