USA Swimming recently announced their 2020-2021 Scholastic All-American Team. To be considered for the team each year, swimmers must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 and have swum a Winter Junior Qualifying time. 2021 New England Swimming Outstanding & Top Ten Swimmers Each year New England Swimming identifies the top 3 swimmers in each age group for SCY and LCM as Outstanding Swimmers. In addition, each year New England Swimming identifies the top 10 swimmers in each event within each age group for SCY and LCM as Top Ten Swimmers.
