Junior Practice Group

This program is for high school-aged (13+) swimmers who still need a heavier focus on technique and for swimmers who cannot make the commitment to training required for Senior and National groups. The primary focus is refining stroke technique and building a base for more rigorous training in later groups.

Required Equipment: Kickboards, fins, snorkel, pull buoys, paddles, socks
