- Pre-Competitive: Normal Practice Time
- National & Senior: 3:45-5:00pm
- Tidal Waves 2 & Silver: 4:45-6:00pm swim (no dryland for Tidal Waves 2)
- No Gold Practices. Gold swimmers are welcome to join National & Senior group
Friday, December 12th: No Practices for National, Senior, Junior, 13&O Gold will have absences excused (RSA Silver Bells)
Saturday, December 13th: No Practices (RSA Silver Bells)
Wednesday, December 24th - Thursday, January 1st: Holiday Schedule
