What an exciting two weeks we had for the Mariners. We capped off our exceptional season with four Championship meets that saw several best times, top finishes and records broken. We began our two-week journey traveling to Charlotte, North Carolina with 40 swimmers for Sunkissed Junior/Senior Championships. Our team finished seventh overall with over 90% of our qualifiers earning a spot in the finals. We had several top 8 finishers while at Sunkissed. Congratulations to Hannah Wilson on a record setting US Open! Hannah swam the 1,650 and broke her own Team record set at Folium by 10 seconds! Hannah then went on the break her 100 back Team record set in October by over two seconds to establish the new team record at 57.35 seconds. What a fantastic weekend of swimming we had! A group of swimmers traveled to Minisink Valley High School in Slate Hill, NY to compete in the Monroe Woodbury Devilfish Aquatics Heats and Treats meet!
