Lessons and Pre-Team
Swim Lessons and the Pre-Team program at Albuquerque Academy are both SwimAmerica programs, hosted, organized, and coached by Charger Aquatics staff.
Pre-Team at Albuquerque Academy is a great way to get your youngsters to prepare for more competetive swim teams, or even just test the waters with different strokes and distances!
If you are unsure what program would be the best fit for your child, broad descriptions of the SwimAmerica levels that we use as guidelines for our introductory programs will be listed below!
The Pre-Team program roughly runs through SwimAmerica levels 6/7-10, and we also offer swim lessons year-round which cover levels 1-6, for our truly new swimmers.
Registration for both the Pre-Team programs and Lessons offered through CAQ, is available here.
