Notes for a successful registration:

• You must complete all required fields in order to check out. 
• Please check that your location (practice site) is correct before checking out.
• If there is only 1 parent/guardian, enter duplicate for 2nd parent/guardian. 
• Medical information- if no medical concerns you must enter N/A.  DO NOT LEAVE BLANK.

Annual Team Registration Dues are $125, which includes USA Swimming registration, cap, t-shirt, and admin fees. (Pre-comp is $65)

For all practice groups EXCEPT Senior 1 & 2:

• Registration: includes first month's practice fee (or September, whichever comes first) PLUS annual dues
• October 1
• November 1
• December 1
• January 1
• February 1
• March 1

Due to the HS Swim season, Senior swimmers are on the following monthly payment schedule:

• Registration (includes first month practice fee PLUS annual dues)
• October 1
• March 1

LONG-COURSE SEASON BEGINS IN APRIL, THROUGH JULY

Yearly USA Swimming membership is covered by the $125 one-time annual registration fee. USA Swimming membership is a requirement to swim with NCAT.  Our club usually handles the registration but will reach out if parent input is needed.

If you are registering a swimmer for the Brecksville/Broadview Heights location: 

• BBH Age Group swimmers should register for Age Group 1 and choose BBH as your location.
• ​​BBH Developmental swimmers should register for Dev 1 and choose BBH as your location.
• BBH Senior swimmers should register for Senior 1 and choose BBH as your location.
• If you are interested in signing up a swimmer at BBH for an annual membership rather than paying monthly, please email Julie Rogers at [email protected]

• TeamUnify has a 3.2% credit card processing fee each month. NCAT is repsonsible for 1.6% and families are responsible for 1.6% of that processing fee.
