  4. Scroll down and click on practice group (s) for your swimmer (s) and click tab "ADD to CART"

  6. Select member
  7. Select location
  8. Select payment option
  9. Answer Transfer question
  10. Click on next
  11. Complete waivers
  12. Confirm amount (includes annual team registration fee). 
  13. Check-out

Additional Fees:
  • TeamUnify has a 3.2% credit card processing fee each month. NCAT is repsonsible for 1.6% and families are responsible for 1.6% of that processing fee. 
  • One-Time Team Registration fee is billed with the registration. 
  • Yearly USA Registration-  is included in Team Registration fee.  New USA Registration will be done separately on the USA Swimming website and will be given NCAT credit.  
 
 
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT based on attendance.  There is a 5% discount per family member for multi-member families.
 
 
**ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO REGISTER FOR A NEW SESSION**
 
Billing occurs the 1st of every month. 
 
  • All notification on billing changes for the upcoming month must be submitted to Eric Peterson NCAT Director by the 15th of the current month. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the next month.
