Additional Fees:
  • TeamUnify has a 3.2% credit card processing fee each month. NCAT is repsonsible for 1.6% and families are responsible for 1.6% of that processing fee. 
  • One-Time $30 Team Cap and Team Shirt fee due will be billed to new registrants. 
  • Yearly USA Registration- done separately on the USA Swimming website
 
 
Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT based on attendance.  There is a 5% discount per family member for multi-member families.
 
 
**ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO REGISTER FOR A NEW SESSION**
 
Billing occurs the 1st of every month. 
 
  • All notification on billing changes for the upcoming month must be submitted to Coach Erin by the 15th of the current month. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the next month.
  • If your swimmer is involved in another activity, but you wish to hold their spot, we do require 50% of their group fee each month, up to 2 months to hold their spot. After 2 months, should someone be on the waitlist, we will look at allowing them to fill that group spot.
