BBH Site will start practices for Senior on 2/12.

Championship meet season is here!  Please check in with your coach if you have questions regarding the championship meet progression, events to swim, which meets to attend or the process overall.  We will have NCAT Championship shirts for each swimmer who participates in a championship meet in February or March (1 per swimmer).  A $10 t-shirt fee will be added to the first championship meet your swimmer participates in.

Meet Entry Deadlines: (If you have questions about what meets you should be signing your swimmer up for and/or the meet entry process:  1.  Check the NCAT website under MEETS & EVENTS.  2.  Check with your swimmers coach at practice.  )

Warm-ups.  Warm-up information is posted to all who are signed up to attend at least 48 hours prior to the event.  This information comes from the meet host.  NCAT swimmers are expected to wear their NCAT team cap to all competitions.  Team t-shirts can help with identification at busy meets.  Coaches in attendance will be listed as well. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO ARRIVE ON TIME.  Coaches are available to help at the meet.  However, when swimmers are late, coaches are not always available to assist late swimmers until they can join the group or after warm-ups.  Help us help you, by being on time or early.

NCAT Team Wide Events:

As we have already experienced.  In the case of inclement weather, if either the Shaker Heights City Schools or Solon City Schools are closed, we will not be able to offer practices at those sites on that particular date.
