NCAT Coaches getting better
Many of our Dev and AG coaches spent the day Saturday in Rocky River collaborating with the Lake Shore Swim Club coaches. Coaches worked together and shared ideas and processes. The Lake Shore Swim Club coaches will come to us on Saturday, Apr 27, 2024.
We will be reviewing skills we have been working on this month, but not limited to:

NCAT Programs and Schedules
Welcome to the Long Course Season! We are a year-round team with seasons within the year. What is referred to as our Short Course Season, runs August - March. We took a break between seasons in the last week of March. Our current season is Long Course and is broken into two sessions. Session I will run through April and May and Session II will run through June and July.
ALL MONTHLY SHORT COURSE PAYMENT PLAN MEMBERS WERE BE SUSPENDED AS OF 3/24.
NCAT Long Course Registration
NCAT monthly members will need to register for the Spring Session in order to continue. Please use the following link to register (www.ncatswim.com - click on Registration tab, then registration portal link.) . Spring Session I runs April 1- May 31. Spring Session II runs June 1- July 31. Registration for the Long Course (LC) season will begin on 3/1. Annual registrants do not need to re-register. As an annual member, your membership runs through 7/31.

Know anyone interested in lifeguarding? We still have a few openings. Pay scale is $15-$17/hr. Flexible scheduling. Email [email protected] if you or anyone you know is interested.

NCAT - Shaker
Shaker Senior 2 & 3 groups will begin to offer morning practices this week. Morning practices are held at the Woodbury Elementary School pool 6:00 -7:30a.
This week will offer the AM practices on Monday and Wednesday.
No Senior practice Friday 4/26 due to school event conflicts.
The after school Dev and AG prep practices will end in March. We will not be offering the AG prep or Dev after school practices in April or May. Those swimmers are encouraged to attend the evening practice times.

Reminder, all swimmers should come with gym shoes for dryland each day. Sandals and crocs are not permitted.

NCAT Brecksville-Broadview Hts.
Brecksville-Broadview Heights site: We are pleased to announce that Liz Hastings will be joining our staff in February. Coach Liz will be serving as the Head Site coach and lead the Senior groups after their high school season and working with Coach Molly and Peter for staff and site development.
