Practice Starts On August 18th, 2025
Practice starts for all groups on August 18th. This includes dryland for the Senior groups. Age Groups will begin dryland on September 3rd. – Click Here for the schedule.

Cancelled Practices
Many of you know during the fall we have multiple water polo tournaments and swim meets that affect our practice schedule. Below are the dates for August and beginning of September.

August 21,22,23rd – Water Polo 
August 26th – Water Polo 
September – 1, 2nd – Water Polo

New Coaches On Deck
This season we are welcoming two new coaches to the pool deck. We are very excited to be adding excellent people to our coaching staff.

Carissa Chandra – Carissa is a swimmer/coach. She is finishing her senior year and has decided she wants to coach as well. Carissa brings a wealth of knowledge to the pool deck being a swimmer and a coach. Carissa will be focused in coaching the Junior levels and fill in when it fits with her school schedule. Welcome Carissa to the staff.

Harry Traystman - Harry Traystman is a passionate and experienced swim coach with over a decade of success developing competitive swimmers from age group to collegiate levels. With a strong foundation in technique, race strategy, and athlete-centered coaching, Harry has helped guide numerous athletes to achieve personal bests, earn NCAA Division I and II scholarships, and compete at national-level meets. Harry will be focused on working with our Junior and Age Group levels, while lending his expertise to all areas of the program. Welcome Harry to the staff.

Spirit Wear – Parents

Our Spirit wear is currently available for our Parents and swimmers on our website. Each swimmer will receive 3 team shirts(Hard Work, Works) as part of their registration, but you can purchase extras for your swimmer. To find out more and order your shirts- Click Here

NTN Day with Extreme Sports – Location Change

Unfortunately, we are unable to have our NTN day on August 23rd at the pool.There is a water polo tournament on the same day. We have tried hard to find a date that works for Extreme and the pool and we have come empty.  Extreme would like us to visit the store on the 23rd for some great deals and fitting if you need it for your swimmers.

Time – 10am – 4pm
What – Team fitting and opportunity to pick out needed equipment. Coaches will be on hand as well to help with these needs.

Upcoming Evaluations

NTN’s seasonal evaluations will take place August 12th, 13th, and 14th.Space is filling up FAST!!! We currently have 111 evaluations scheduled!! If you know anybody who needs a placement, please direct them to our website to register or have them contact Coach Jason at [email protected]
