Janet TaylorJanet was born in Germany, spent a few years in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but spent most of her youth in El Paso, Texas. She grew up playing football, softball/baseball and was a bowler, golfer, gymnast & swimmer. While in high school, Janet coached her first swim team at an El Paso YMCA. |

Scott EedsCoach Eeds leads the Silver swim group, focusing on endurance and stroke technique. He has enjoyed over 19 years of coaching the award winning WHS Wildcat Swimming Team and has brings with him to ETA his knowledge and passion for the sport. With an undergrad degree in Biology from SFA, and his Masters in Principal & Leadership from Lamar University, he also teaches both Forensic Science and AP Biology at Whitehouse. Later this school year, he will celebrate 29 years of marriage to Melissa, a Pre-K teacher for Kids Kaleidescope. Coach Eeds has three children, Emily, Courtney and Alan.

Megan RishelCoaching the pre-comp and novice swimmers, Coach Rishel teaches stroke technique, starts and flip turns. She is passionate about swimming and kids, as well as animal rescue. After attaining her BS in Dietitics & Nutrition, from Ouachita Baptist University, she began her coaching career in 2012. |

Linda CookeCoach Cooke leads the Homeschool and Learn-to-swim groups, instilling the fundamentals necessary to become comfortable in the water, and advance to pre-comp and competition groups. |

Robert James Coach Robert teaches the Metro Red Group as well as the Adult Learn-to-Swim Program. He has been an aquatics instructor for over 15 years and is certified as a Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor and CPR Instructor. He has a passion about ensuring everyone learns to be safe in and around the water and helping everyone achieve their goals in their swimming experience whether for fun or competition.
The James’ are active members of Tyler First Assembly, where his wife Catherine works with the media department and Coach Robert heads Men’s Ministries.
