Head Swim Coach - Abby McCall

My name is Abby McCall, and I am the Head Swim Coach at Woodley. I graduated from Falls Church High School in 2022.  I just completed my second year at Catholic University, studying business and majoring in Accounting. I also play for the women's soccer team. I swam for Woodley from 2010 to 2022 (I may still have some records on the board!). This season will be my sixth season coaching at Woodley.

I look forward to bringing my love for Woodley, swimming, and coaching to this season!

Assistant Head Coach - Tyler Byrd

My name is Tyler Byrd. I grew up swimming at Woodley pool and competed on the Woodley Warriors swim team for 12 years. I also swam for the Falls Church High School swim and dive team and competed on the track and field team for four years. I graduated from Falls Church High School in 2022 and now attend Oklahoma Christian University. I am looking forward to a wonderful season and coaching all the amazing swimmers. 

Assistant Coach - Sophia Rodas

My name is Sophia Rodas, and I am happy to say that I will be one of your coaches this year. I have lived in Falls Church my whole life and am graduating this year from Falls Church High School. I have been a part of the Woodley swim team since I was 6. I’m also a year-round swimmer and have been for 9 years now. I’m so excited to be your Assistant Swim Coach this year and be able to share my love for swimming with all of you. Go, warriors!

Assistant Coach - Evelyn Keefer

My name is Evelyn Keefer, and I look forward to coaching the Mini Warrior team this summer! I have been swimming for Woodley since 2017. I will be graduating from Falls Church High School, where I play varsity basketball and soccer and run cross country. I play club soccer for Villarreal Virginia Academy and am a Falls Church chamber orchestra member. I enjoyed coaching last season and am excited to meet all our new swimmers. Let’s have a fun season!
