Christmas Eve Practice

Despite frigid temperatures and rain, once again, the lanes were full at Orinda Aquatic's traditional Senior Group Christmas Eve practice. It is powerful to see both the lanes and pool deck crowded with current swimmers joined by collegiate swimmers and alumni stopping by just to reconnect with the coaches and to be part of the team again.  This year's practice focused on the intrinsic meaning of giving.
