Orinda Aquatics Year-Round Registration Information

All families, before registering/or those interested in learning more about the team, Read the 2025-2026 Team Information & Parent Policy Letter. Once approved to join the year-round program, click here to go to the Year-Round Team Registration Link.... 

Approved/New Swimmers 

  1. New Swimmers: Go through Year-Round Team REGISTRATION once opened to new swimmers (NEW swimmers must be coach-approved to register)
  2. New Swimmers: Will be required to register with USA-Swimming (more information on how to do this will follow).
  3. Transfer Swimmers: If transferring from another year-round team you will need to transfer your USA-Swimming Registration.
  4. All Families: Attend the Annual Parent Meeting, Sunday, August 24th at 7:00pm via Zoom (link to be posted and emailed).
  5. All Swimmers: Attend the Zoom Group Meetings on Friday, August 29th (Senior at 4:00, Junior at 5:30) link to be posted and emailed
  6. All Swimmers: Order required apparel and training equipment - see parent letter and OA team store on the website (Year-Round/Merchandise)

Returning Member Re-Registration Process 2025-2026:

1. All returning swimmers must re-register annually. Read through the registration Information and Policy Letter (above) before starting the registration process. You must acknowledge and agree to certain parent obligations/policies during registration. 

2. Use your current sign in e-mail and login password when accessing the registration.

3. Once logged in, make sure you update/verify your swimmers information and click "save changes". 

Registration Groups - For Registration purposes ALL returning Senior Group swimmers should register for the same group as last year, unless otherwise advised. All 9th graders should register for the Senior 2 group, unless otherwise advised. Group adjustment will take place in September.

4. Order your Orinda Aquatics Apparel through Conejo SwimWorks (see website: year-round/merchandise). Please make sure swimmers have required apparel and equipment.  

Your annual fee will include:

  • 1 Team Swim Suit (provide size in Team Unify during registration)
  • 1 Silicone swim cap
  • 3 Orinda Aquatics Team T-shirts (provide size in Team Unify during registration)
  • 1 Mesh bag (for swim equipment)
