AMFY SPRING CONDITIONING 2025
DATES: MAY 5 TO MAY 29
Registration open from 4/14 to 5/16 (LINK TO REGISTRATION)
Cost for Spring Conditioning is $70 (does NOT include Long Course Season)
This is only for Silver and Gold groups. If your swimmer was in Red, White or Blue groups and you would like him/her to participate, please first check with Coach Matt ([email protected])
PLEASE NOTE: IN ADDITION TO REGISTRATION, PARTICIPANTS MUST BE YMCA MEMBERS OF OUR BRANCH (GRAND LAKE HEALTH/PREMIER HEALTH BRANCHES) BY THE DATE OF THEIR FIRST PRACTICE. YMCA memberships from other branches are not valid for swim team purposes.

- Your credit card will be charged for team dues upon completion of registration. If anyone needs to discuss a payment plan, please contact Coach Matt.
- Anyone new to the team OR past AMFY swimmers who have not swam with us since April 2024 must contact Coach Matt ([email protected]) to discuss group placement and/or schedule an in-water evaluation.
All swimmers who wish to participate on swim team must be full members of the YMCA of Greater Dayton. Please visit the front desk of either branch to sign up for membership.
AMFY Long Course Team 2025
DATES: JUNE 2 TO JULY 25
Registration Opens 5/19/25
Cost for Long Course Season is $210 (does NOT include Spring Conditioning)

Practices are at the New Bremen City (outdoor) pool, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6am to 7:30am.
THERE IS NO MORNING PRACTICE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:
- Friday, July 4 (Independence day)
- Friday, July 11 (first day of summer champs)
- Monday, July 14 (day after summer champs)
To sign up for the long course season, you must complete the registration via this site, AND you must join/renew your membership with the YMCA of Greater Dayton (at our North/South branches). Swim team dues will be paid via this site, and your membership fees to the Y must be paid through the front desk of either branch.
