Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP)

FAST supports USA Swimming's Athlete Protection programming as stated below.  Safe Sport was created to help members and parents understand the role of abuse prevention and to help swimmers have a lifetime of wonderful memories of swimming.  This page provides resource links to disseminate information and procedures with regard to this program. 

 

"USA Swimming is committed to fostering a fun, healthy and safe environment for all of its members. For that reason, we have in place a detailed Code of Conduct. The following rules, policies, reporting structure, education and tools are intended to serve our members as we work together to maintain this environment."

 

Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy supersedes Safe Sport Policies. FAST will be using all MAAPP provided forms and following its protocol outlined in the policy below.
