Signed Agreements

During the registration process, parents signed agreements acknowledging the team policies regarding:

  • Codes of conduct for both parents and athletes

  • Parent participation

  • Athlete uniform and equipment

  • Billing

  • Liability

  • Media release

Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these policies to help ensure a smooth and successful season.

You can view your signed documents by logging into your Team Unify (TU) account.
