MANAGE FAMILY MEMBERS

 

 

ADD A NEW FAMILY MEMBER

  1. Login to your account on this website

  2. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please email the team manager to reset ([email protected]

  3. Check that your Account Info and Billing Information is up-to-date before you continue (Also be sure to check Parents/Guardians, Insurance and Emergency Contact info is up-to-date)

  4. Go to Coach Approved Registration

  5. Click on the appropriate squad to Add Registration Fees to your shopping cart.

  6. In your shopping cart, find the dropdown menu under the Assign Member section, then select +Add New Member

  7. Fill out the necessary information and then click Add Member at the bottom of the screen

  8. Repeat for addition members

  9. Please make sure only your new member(s) has a check mark next to their name and follow the instructions for waivers and rules on the rest of the page before hitting Next

  10. Please verify Account info and Registration Fees are correct.  You should only be paying for the new member you've added to your account.

  11. If the fees don't seem correct, please click on Go Back below the Payment Method and make any necessary changes

  12. Click on your preferred payment method and then Proceed to Checkout.

  13. Verify Billing Details and then Submit Registration

 

The registration fee is $35 which includes a team cap and t-shirt. 

 

The first months dues for any new member, regardless of which group they are assigned to is $50.  This gives new members a chance to get aquainted with the team and figure out the schedule that works for them.  After the first month, regular dues fees will apply. 

 

The first month dues is not prorated so register your new family member as early in the month as possible.

 

 

 

REACTIVATE A FAMILY MEMBER

  1. Login to your account on this website

  2. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please email the team manager to reset ([email protected]

  4. Go to Coach Approved Registration

  5. Click on the appropriate squad to Add Registration Fees to your shopping cart.

  6. In your shopping cart, Select the Name of the member you'd like to reactive in the dropdown menu under the Assign Member section.

  7. Fill out the necessary information and then click Next at the bottom of the screen

  8. Please verify Account info  and Registration Fees are correct. 

  9. If the fees don't seem correct, please click on Go Back below the Payment Method and make any necessary changes

  10. Click on your preferred payment method and then Proceed to Checkout.
