CHECKING YOUR SERVICE HOURS
| STEPS
-
Log into your Account with your Team Unify username and password.
-
Click on "My Account" of the left side menu bar.
-
At the top of the main screen you will see several tabs. Click on "Service Hours"
-
You will see a table with a column titled "Obligation & Adjustments". (This is the total amount of service hours that you are obligated to for the year. If you joined the team after Oct 1st or had a recent leave of absence, you will see a Manual Reset Obligation in this column if your hours were eligible for being prorated).
Do you need to log recent or missing service hours? Please click here *Please note that it takes about 3 weeks to update logged hours into the Team Unify system.
The column titled "Worked" is what has been logged so far this year. You may need to scroll all the way over to the right to see this column. The calendar year for service hours starts on Oct 1 and ends on Sept 30th. If your worked hours do not match what you think you have done already, please email our service hour admin at [email protected]. Please be diligent about logging your service hours on a regular basis. We will no longer be entering service hours at the end of the swim season (September) for those trying to remember how much time they worked at the beginning of the season (Oct/Nov/Dec). Your service hour obligation is determined based on your swimmers assigned group.
