Welcome to RACE!

For swimmers interested in trying out for RACE, please contact our Head Coach. Space is limited and variable throughout the year due to capacity limits in our current facility. A new Recreation Center/Pool project has been approved by the community, which will expand our options and availability, once completed.  

When a swimmer makes the team, they will be placed on a specific squad: Copper, Bronze, Silver or Gold. They will then need to be registered with both RACE via Team Unify on the Registration page, along with USA Swimming.

Once registered, it is best to spend some time on the website to familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of the Swim Team.

About RACE

Redmond Aquatic Club Eels (RACE) is Redmond Oregon’s year-round competitive swim club. Operated by Redmond Area Park and Recreation District, the RACE swim team has over four decades of excellence in the sport of competitive swimming.  RACE is a program devoted to the sport and the success of Redmond’s aquatic athletes. Our experienced coaching staff provide the expertise and dedication to help athletes reach their goals. Swimming is a community and the memories made last a lifetime. RACE is proud to serve Central Oregon area athletes and promote the advancement of the sport in our region.
