SPRING SCHEDULE (effective 05/13/24) 

We will be continuing our combined workouts for the next few weeks as Brandon will be on his honeymoon this week, and when he returns I will be going on mine.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Workouts are as follows:

Monday - ​Friday:

  • Rookies/Beginner Combo - 4:00 - 4:45pm
  • Juniors/Pre-Senior Combo - 4:45 - 6:00pm​

It would be a good idea if your swimmer brings the following items:

  • Equipment/Swim Bag
  • Paddles
  • Pull Buoy
  • Fins
  • Snorkel
  • Nose Plug
